MALAYSIAN ORDER


HOW TO ORDER

Ordering Process

1.) Select the product, add to the electronic shopping cart and checkout to complete ordering.

2.) An email notification will be sent to you to confirm your order.

3.) Please make your payment within 3 days. Our system will automatically cancel the order and re-list the items when there is no payment received after 3 days.

Payment Method

Direct Bank Transfer to Maybank Berhad Account.

Account number will be provided in the invoice after check out & it will also be sent to your email.

Please drop an e-mail to order@intanpayung.com once payment has been made with the following details:

Your Name
Contact number
Bank transaction Reference number
Mailing address.

PRICES ARE IN MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR)

*IMPORTANT

For payments made before 12 midnight on working days, we will ship your order item(s) in the morning provided stock is available. Normally you can receive it on the next working day.

If you do not receive your order items within 3 days (7 days for normal POS PARCEL), please contact us immediately, we will help you to check with the forwarder


*Orders will only be shipped out after full payment received.


Shipping & Handling

Flat shipping rate of RM8 per order to anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia via PosLaju for items weighing up to 1kg. Handling charge of RM2 is included.

Other method is also available upon requests.

For Sabah & Sarawak Order, shipping & handling charge will be calculated based on the actual item weight.

***Note that the item will be sent via registered post if you pay before getting the confirmation on the shipping rate


Returns & Exchanges:

REFUNDS AND RETURNS - All goods sold are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Items returned must be unwashed & unused in its original packaging.

Courier charges will be borne by the customer.


Special Order

These are the special offer items import directly from it's country of origin, items are offered below Malaysia's market price. You may also write to us for your wish list, we will at our best effort to locate the item(s) for you at the lowest possible price.
  • required deposit of 50% on the selling price;
  • deposit is not refundable if item is not claimed after 14 days of arrival / notice of arrival by us;
  • delivery within 3-4 weeks or base on our shipment availability, please check shipment with us before ordering;
  • local shipping fees (within Malaysia) is not included in the quoted price;
  • as these items are offer below the market price, therefore, we do not provide any warranty for all pre-order items. However, we will assist on returning the item(s) to manufacturer on customer's cost.
