Only items with tag is still attached, unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition will be accepted, within 7 days of receipt (walk-in purchased) or 7 days after item is received from courier (online purchased).
- Customers are advised to notify us via Whatsapp at 011-75751775 by quoting the order number (Order ID), the product details and proof of defective/damaged/wrong item received.
- For the case of defective or damaged item that caused by our side, shipping cost will be fully borne by Intan Payung HQ.
- For the case of exchange due to customer request (exchange of size/colour/design), the shipping cost will be fully borne by the customer.
- If the preferred item is out of stock, you can either alternatively,
- Exchange with same value item,
- Exchange with lower value item (no refund for price difference),
- Exchange with higher value item (customer have to pay for the difference in prices).
- The As-Is Item and purchases made with discount coupons/voucher are not allowed for return/exchange.
- Return & Exchange process may take between 3-7 working days. Exhange item will be posted only after the returned item has been received safely by Intan Payung HQ.
- We strictly do not provide refund.
